Miloft Sathorn Hotel - Sha Plus Certified, Bangkok

The hotel had clean rooms with a nice balcony and a lovely host always ready to support our requests. However, there were some concerns about the rooms being a bit old and tired. The service was a bit crazy but very kind and helpful overall. The location was central and easy to access different attractions, although not the greatest. The dining options were modest, and the facilities were decent.

The hotel rooms were clean and big, equipped with a fridge and kettle, but the smell of cigarettes was quite nauseating at times. The western breakfast quality was disappointing. On the bright side, the service was mostly for myself, and the location was convenient for accessing transportation to the city.

I had a totally crazy experience with a room that smells, but the balcony was amazing. The internet worked, although the room was clean but very dated. The service was really very friendly and professional, spoiling my overall experience. The location is great, close to the BTS Saphantaksin station, but taxis weren't easily available. The dining was really modest and not worth paying for, which was disappointing. Authentic Italian pizza was recommended. The hotel offers shops and commercial services. I would recommend actually booking elsewhere.
